The Regenda Group

The Regenda Group works across the North West and was formed in 2002 as a partnership between Maritime and Templar Housing. West Pennine Housing Association joined in 2003, with Wyre Housing Asssociation also joining in 2005.
We work with our partners on addressing the housing needs of the communities we work in, and over 10 percent of our properties are in sheltered housing schemes or are for wheelchair users.

Your Housing Group

Your Housing Group provide a wide range of homes for social and affordable rent, alongside properties to purchase and extra-care housing for the over 55s. It was formed following the merger of Harvest Housing Group and Arena Housing Group.
